实验室简介

　　中国科学院西北高原生物研究所高原动物繁育与功能基因组学实验室成立于2015年，依托中国科学院高原生物适应与进化重点实验室和青海省动物基因组学重点实验室，负责人杨其恩研究员入选中科院和青海省人才计划。目前实验室由研究员、副研究员、助理研究员、研究生、访问学者和技术人员近二十人组成。实验室主要使用动物分子生物学、生理学、遗传学和基因组学等多组学手段，利用生殖干细胞体外培养体系、移植技术和基因编辑技术，以模式小鼠和高原特有动物为模型，系统研究：1）哺乳动物雄性生殖干细胞命运决定；2）动物种间杂交雄性不育的分子调控途径；3）牦牛藏羊遗传资源挖掘与创新利用。目前承担国家重点研发计划课题、中科院先导专题、国家自然科学基金区域重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青海省重大专项和自然基金团队项目等。在Nature Communications, Cell Reports, Development, PLoS Genetics, Stem Cell Reports, Journal of Cell Science, Biology of Reproduction, Journal of Animal Science & Biotechnology等期刊发表论文50余篇，参编中英文专著3部。
